👥 Our Story
Hi, we’re Guillermo and Rebeca, founders of Full Life Bakery. Our journey began in our home kitchen in South Florida. Rebeca faced a health challenge that required her to give up gluten, dairy, and refined sugar. She wanted desserts she could actually enjoy—without sacrificing her well-being. We couldn’t find anything that met her needs, so we started baking from scratch.
And then, something unexpected happened: I (Guillermo) was also diagnosed with gluten intolerance. What began as a way to support Rebeca became our shared mission—to help others enjoy safe, clean, truly satisfying desserts.
We started sharing our cakes with friends. That turned into customer orders. Over time, Full Life Bakery grew to serve more than 1,500 loyal families in South Florida.
Now, we’re ready to take the next step—and we’re inviting you to be part of it.

We’re introducing our line of Clean Label Cake & Muffin Mixes — designed to bring joy without compromise.
Each mix is:

We’re starting with four signature flavors:
- Breeze Coconut – Light, tropical, and refreshingly smooth. Made with real coconut flour and a hint of vanilla, this is our most delicate and uplifting flavor.
- Chocolate Lovers – Rich, fudgy, and deeply satisfying. Crafted for true chocolate enthusiasts who want indulgence without the sugar crash.
- Carrot Pecan – A wholesome classic with a twist. Infused with warm spices and toasted pecans. Just add fresh grated carrots for a moist, flavorful cake packed with homemade charm.
- Vanilla Bliss – Soft, golden, and timeless. Naturally aromatic with vanilla and caramel undertones, perfect for layering, filling, or enjoying as-is.**
This Kickstarter is how we fund our first major production run, expand our packaging operation, and prepare for regional and national distribution.
