PAYMENTS
Can I pay by check or money order?
Unfortunately, we are only able to accept payment by credit card at this time.
How do I know my personal and credit card information is secure?
We use SHOPIFY which has one of the most secure certifications and standards to safeguard your information. Attached the security standards applied:
PCI
PCI Security Standards Council is a globally recognized organization dedicated to maintaining standards for the secure processing of credit card transactions. It helps vendors, like Shopify and Shopify merchants, process credit card payments securely and protect cardholder information.
Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. For more information, see our PCI page.
SOC
Service Organization Control (SOC) reports are an assessment of a company’s information systems by third-party auditors that certify that the company meets an independent set of standards, including criteria related to the security and availability of its services.
Shopify has been issued SOC 2 Type II and SOC 3 reports for the service we provide to our customers.
For more information, download a copy of the SOC 3 report.
Privacy
Shopify has designed its platform to enable you to offer your customers transparency into and control over their personal information. Shopify believes in making it easy for you to use its platform in a manner that complies with privacy and data protection laws around the world.
Shopify does what it can to set you up for success, but there are also steps you will need to take on your own. Refer to our help center pages on General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to start thinking about privacy laws that are applicable to your store. If you have specific legal questions about which laws apply to you, or questions specific to your business, you should consult with a local lawyer who is familiar with data protection laws.
Transparency Report
Shopify’s Transparency Report provides data about legal requests for information about our merchants, customers, and partners for 2019. It describes how requests are evaluated, and how often they are filled. Read our Transparency Report.
What Credit Cards do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay.
When will my card be charged for a future-dated order?
The payments is processed at the time your order is placed.
If you need to cancel your order just send us an email at support@fullifebakery.com We can process the cancellation and refund up to 48 hours before it ships.
Why was my credit card declined?
We don't know.
Declines can happen for a variety of reasons. When we submit a charge to your bank, they have automated systems that determine whether or not to accept the charge. These systems take various signals into account, such as your spending habits, account balance, and card information like the expiration date and CVC.
Since these signals are constantly changing, a previously successful card might be declined in the future. Even if all of the card information is correct, and you previously had a successful payment, a future charge can still be declined by a bank’s overzealous fraud systems.
What can I do?
The best thing to do would be to call your bank. (Their phone number should be on your card.) They will be able to give you more info and you will likely be able to ask them to approve the charge so that you may try your payment again with the same card.
Why do I see a $1 charge?
When someone attempts to store their card to be charged later, we send over a request to the issuing bank for either a $0 or a $1 authorization (different banks permit different amounts) to verify that the card is issued and the bank will allow it to be authorized. Regardless of whether or not the authorization is declined, we reverse our authorization request immediately. However, even if the bank declines the authorization, some people may still see an authorization for $1 on their credit card statement. The important thing to remember is that this is not a charge, and it will disappear from your statement; depending on the bank, it will be removed from your statement in anywhere from a few minutes to a few weeks.
