IMPORTANT: The following policies apply once shipping services are available.
Where Does My Order Ship From?
All products sold by Full Life Bakery – The Wellness Oven are handcrafted by us and packed and shipped directly from our own kitchens or facilities.
We intentionally operate on a small-batch, freshness-first model. Our focus is not mass production or long-term storage in distribution centers, but delivering products that are freshly prepared and carefully packed for shipment.
Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
We ship to:
- Residential addresses
- Businesses
- Venues
- Apartment buildings
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses, and we do not recommend shipping to:
- USPS facilities
- UPS or FedEx distribution centers
Hotels, Venues & Public Locations
If shipping to a hotel, venue, hospital, or other public location:
- Include the recipient’s full name
- Include the venue or business name
- Notify the destination that a perishable shipment is arriving
Full Life Bakery – The Wellness Oven is not responsible for packages that are refused, misplaced, or mishandled by third-party venues.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time:
- We ship within the continental United States only
- We do not ship internationally
- We do not ship to Puerto Rico
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
Delivery Timing & Planning
Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimated, not guaranteed.
Shipping timelines vary based on:
- Carrier selection
- Destination zip code
- Order volume
- Seasonal conditions
For time-sensitive events, we strongly recommend scheduling delivery 1–2 days before your event. Many products may be refrigerated or frozen upon arrival to preserve freshness.
In some cases—such as extreme weather, high carrier volume (especially during holidays), or operational delays—we may ship an order earlier than the requested date to help ensure it arrives in good condition.
Final Sale — Shipping Orders
Due to the nature of our products:
- All orders are final sale once shipped
- No returns, refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or chargebacks are permitted after shipment
- Responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier once it leaves our facility
Carrier Responsibility & Transit Issues
Once a package is handed over to UPS, FedEx, or USPS, transit conditions are outside of our control.
Full Life Bakery – The Wellness Oven is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or delivery issues caused by:
- Weather conditions
- High shipping volume
- Mechanical or operational carrier errors
- Labor strikes
- Natural disasters
- Security or safety controls
- Carrier mis-scans
- Inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
Shipping estimates and delivery dates are not guarantees.
Packaging & Food Safety
Each product is packed according to its specific needs to help ensure freshness and food safety.
Please review the Instructions & Storage section on each product page to determine:
- Whether the item ships frozen or shelf-stable
- Whether refrigeration or freezing is recommended upon arrival

Produce Shipping Restrictions
Due to Arizona and California agricultural regulations, certain fresh produce items cannot be shipped to those states.
Orders placed in violation of these restrictions may be cancelled and refunded.

Signatures, Unattended Deliveries & Storage
We do not require a signature for most shipments.
Delivery decisions—including whether a package is left unattended—are made solely at the discretion of the carrier or delivery driver.
If a package is delivered and left unattended:
- Responsibility transfers to the customer upon delivery
- We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery
- Customers are responsible for promptly opening and properly storing their items
We are not responsible for products reported damaged due to delayed opening or improper storage after delivery.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Changes
Customers are responsible for confirming that all shipping information is correct before placing an order.
If an address change is requested after shipment:
- A $19 address-change processing fee will apply
- Carriers may require one business day to process the request
- Delivery delays may occur
We are not responsible for delays caused by address changes or incorrect shipping information.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
While we take every reasonable step to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur.
Full Life Bakery – The Wellness Oven is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier operations
- Weather
- High shipping volume
- Incomplete or inaccurate address information
Weekend or Saturday delivery may be limited or unavailable in certain areas, especially rural locations.
Policy Acceptance
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to these Shipping Information & Policies, including:
- Carrier responsibility
- Delivery limitations
- Final-sale terms
