Shipping Overview
While we take extensive measures to properly prepare and package our products, shipping fresh and shelf-stable food involves factors beyond our control. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, transit conditions such as weather, delays, and handling are determined solely by the carrier.
As such, shipping guidelines, estimated delivery dates, and transit timelines published on this website are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery Timing & Planning
Full Life Gourmet Bakery cannot guarantee delivery times, as all shipments are subject to the carrier’s schedule and operational conditions. Most carriers deliver between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., and exact delivery times cannot be requested or guaranteed.
For time-sensitive events, we strongly recommend:

Scheduling delivery 1–2 days prior to your event
Many of our products can be refrigerated or frozen upon arrival to preserve freshness until needed.
In certain situations—such as extreme weather, high shipping volume (especially during holidays), or carrier delays—we may ship an order earlier than the requested date to help ensure it arrives in good condition.
Carrier Responsibility & Transit Delays
Once an order is shipped, responsibility for transit rests entirely with the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
Full Life Gourmet Bakery is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or delivery issues caused by:

Signature & Delivery Release
Full Life Gourmet Bakery does not require a signature for delivery on most shipments.
Delivery release decisions—including leaving a package at the delivery address—are made solely at the discretion of the carrier or delivery driver and are outside of our control.
We are not responsible for packages left unattended after delivery or for packages that cannot be delivered because no one is present.
Shipping Address Accuracy & Changes
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before submitting an order and reviewing their order confirmation email.
If an address change is requested after an order has shipped:
