  • What types of flour do you use?

We use gluten-free almond and oatmeal flour. We do not use processed flours.

  • What kind of sugar do you use?

We use Monk Fruit! By using monk fruit instead of sugar, you can protect yourself from sugar-related illnesses and health problems, such as:

 higher blood pressure, inflammation, weight gain, diabetes, and fatty liver disease.

Monk Fruit extract is completely natural, so it avoids the drawbacks of artificial sweeteners. Also is one of the few low-calorie, calorie-free sweeteners allowed by the FDA for use in the U.S. food supply.

Monk Fruit extract has a zero glycemic index, zero calories, and zero carbohydrates, so it won't increase blood sugar.

Additionally, all of our 6" Bundt Cakes have 2.4 net grams of carbohydrates per serving (8 slices).

  1. Small: 2 to 4 Servings.
  2. Bundt Cake: 6 to 8 Servings.
  3. Medium Cake: 10 to 14 Servings.
  4. Large Cake: 12 to 18 Servings.
  • Are you dairy free?

Yes! All of our cakes are dairy free!

  • Are your cakes suitable for diabetics?

Yes! Our sweeteners have no net carbohydrates, no calories, and no sugar.

  • Are your cakes vegan?

We are not 100% vegan because we use eggs. 

  • What is your best-selling cake?

All of our cakes sell very well, the flavors were evaluated by an approved panel, before being released. Whichever you choose will make you feel sweetly healthy!
