The baking mold is oven-safe. The lid is for covering and storage only and should not be placed in the oven.
Easy Baking Experience
- Prepare the mix according to the pouch directions with eggs, oil, and freshly shredded carrots.
- Pour the batter into the included 8" round mold for cake, or portion into muffin cups for muffins.
- Bake until ready, then allow the cake to cool before placing the lid on top.
For the 8" cake, allow the cake to cool for about 15 minutes before adding the lid. This helps reduce trapped heat and steam and helps protect the lid from warping.
