Full Life currently ships Cake & Muffin Baking Mixes nationwide. Finished cakes are not shipped and are available only for local pickup or local delivery within our service area.

Baking mixes may be shipped nationwide when purchased on their own. Baking mixes may also be picked up or delivered locally with a finished cake order.

These policies explain what Full Life ships, what must remain local, and how carrier-related delivery timing is handled.

What We Ship

Full Life ships eligible Cake & Muffin Baking Mixes nationwide through UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

What We Do Not Ship

Finished cakes are not shipped. They are available only for local pickup or local delivery within our service area.

Estimated Timelines

Shipping guidelines, estimated delivery dates, and transit timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery Timing & Planning

We recommend planning ahead, especially for gifts, parties, holidays, and time-sensitive events.

Delivery Times Are Carrier Controlled

Full Life cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Shipped orders are subject to the carrier’s schedule, routing, weather conditions, and operational timing.

Most carriers deliver during broad daily delivery windows, and exact delivery times cannot be requested or guaranteed by Full Life.

For Time-Sensitive Events

For birthdays, gifts, gatherings, holidays, or time-sensitive events, we strongly recommend:

  • Placing your order well in advance.
  • Scheduling delivery 1–2 days before your event when possible.
  • Reviewing tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • Refrigerating or freezing eligible products upon arrival when appropriate.

Carrier Responsibility & Transit Delays

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, transit conditions are controlled by the carrier.

Full Life takes care in preparing and packaging eligible shipped products. However, shipping food products involves factors outside our control, including weather, carrier delays, package handling, routing, and delivery timing.

Once an order has shipped, responsibility for transit rests with the carrier. Full Life is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, failed delivery, or delivery issues caused by:

  • Weather conditions.
  • High package volume.
  • Mechanical, operational, routing, or carrier errors.
  • Labor strikes or carrier service disruptions.
  • Natural disasters, security controls, or safety restrictions.
  • Carrier mis-scans or tracking errors.
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Address changes requested after shipment.
  • Failed delivery attempts.
  • Packages left unattended after delivery.

Tracking information will be provided when available so customers can monitor shipment progress directly with the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before checkout. Correct shipping information helps prevent delays, returned packages, and failed deliveries.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is complete and accurate before submitting an order.

  • Customer name.
  • Street address.
  • Apartment, suite, or unit number.
  • City, state, and ZIP code.
  • Phone number.
  • Email address.

Please also review your order confirmation email immediately after checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Full Life is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, lost packages, additional carrier charges, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Address Changes After Shipment

Address changes are not guaranteed once an order is in transit.

If an address change is requested after an order has shipped, a $19 address change processing fee will apply.

Carriers typically require at least one business day to process address changes. Address modifications may result in delivery delays and are not guaranteed once the package is already in transit.

Full Life is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by address changes requested after shipment.

Detailed Shipping Policies

Do you ship finished cakes?

No. Finished cakes are not shipped. Finished cakes are available only for local pickup or local delivery within our service area.

If an order includes a finished cake, the customer must select local pickup or local delivery at checkout.

Which products can be shipped?

Full Life currently ships eligible Cake & Muffin Baking Mixes nationwide. These are the products designed for shipping.

Can I order finished cakes and baking mixes together?

Yes. You can order finished cakes and baking mixes together when choosing local pickup or local delivery.

Finished cakes are not shipped. If your order includes a finished cake, please select pickup or local delivery at checkout.

Baking mixes can be shipped nationwide when purchased on their own, or they can be picked up or delivered locally with your finished cake order.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No. Full Life does not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Customers must provide a valid physical shipping address at checkout.

Orders submitted with a P.O. Box address may be delayed, canceled before shipment, or require an updated address before fulfillment.

Do you require a signature at delivery?

Full Life does not require a signature for most shipped orders.

Delivery release decisions, including whether a package is left at the delivery address, are made at the discretion of the carrier or delivery driver and are outside of Full Life’s control.

Full Life is not responsible for packages left unattended after delivery or packages that cannot be delivered because no one is present to receive them.

What happens if my order has not shipped yet?

If Full Life is unable to ship an eligible order within the stated processing or shipping time frame, we may contact the customer with an updated estimated shipping date.

If an order has not yet shipped and we are unable to fulfill it, Full Life may cancel the order and issue a refund for the unshipped item.

The final-sale policy applies once an order has shipped.

Are shipped orders final sale?

Yes. Due to the nature of our food products, all shipped orders are final sale once shipped.

After shipment, Full Life does not offer returns, refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or store credits.

What if my package is damaged, missing, or delayed?

If your shipped order arrives damaged, appears to be missing, or has a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos if applicable, and any carrier information available.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, assist with carrier-related information. Refunds, replacements, or credits are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.

By placing an order, you agree to these shipping rules.

By placing an order with Full Life Gourmet Bakery, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Shipping Rules & Policies, including product shipping limitations, carrier responsibility, delivery limitations, address accuracy requirements, address-change fees, final-sale terms, and no P.O. Box restrictions.
